Episode Notes

Jackson Riggins came to the Muddy Dash outside Atlanta because he needed to get out of the four walls. He had not run since his grandmother passed the day before Valentine's Day. Before that, three years ago, doctors handed him two options: get on a transplant list or try a treatment that may or may not work. He chose to fight. He survived. And he built a podcast called Fueled by Pain to make sure nobody going through something similar feels like they are going through it alone. At 26, done with club life, he rode his motorcycle solo from Georgia to Texas to kick off Men's Mental Health Month, talking to God the whole way. He showed up to this mud run clean, emotional, and ready to start again. That is the whole show right there.
